Lamiroc provides buyer and supplier research, prospect qualification, outreach support and commercial intermediation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Lamiroc does not act as a party to a transaction, legal adviser, credit agency, customs agent or guarantor.
No guaranteed transaction
Research, outreach and introductions cannot guarantee interest, negotiation, contract execution, payment or transaction completion. Clients remain responsible for commercial, financial, sanctions, legal, technical and product due diligence before entering any agreement.
